Mechanical construction QC senior Engineer in South Dabaa Petroleum Company (DAPETCO) (joint venture Company between DBS (Tunisian) international company and Egyptian petroleum committee (EGPC) from 6/2012 till 6/2013 as a part time.

- Construction of buried (U/G) 10” gas P/L from south Dabaa production facility to SD7 fields area

  main manifold (MF-SD7) with total length (17 Km).

- Construction of 3 branches buried (U/G) 8” gas P/L ‘S from main manifold (MF-SD7 to 3 satellites manifolds with length (2km) each.

- Construction of buried (U/G) 4” gas P/L from 10 distributed well heads downstream the 3 satellites manifolds.

- Construction & erection of the 4 manifolds with its piping, valves, &fittings attachments.

                 - Installation of piping, valves, fittings attachments to tie in pipeline to the plant.

                 - Hydrostatic tests, flushing, and air blowing cleaning to all piping & pipe line attached                        the project

 - planning and execute tie in shut downs introducing new flow line to the exits plant.
