    Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Design, preparation of tender documents and follow-up for electrical installations inside buildings and several infrastructure projects.
  • Planning and design of distribution networks, electrical and low current installations for residential, institutional, commercial, hotels and industrial projects.
  • Providing a detailed procedure including modification drawings for both existing and target situation.
  • Study and assessment of existing networks.
  • Preparation of concept and final detailed design and alternatives of infrastructure networks development.
  • Ensure that all electrical installations are in compliance with the approved contract documents and specifications.
  • Review and approval of prequalification documents, shop drawings and method statement.
  • Response to construction related requests for information (RFI) and clarifications against information contained within the Construction Documents and Specification.
  • Providing high-quality service to clients in a flexible, innovative, responsive and cost-effective manner.
  • Critically reviewing design documentation (drawings, calculations and specifications) at all stages from concept to construction documentation and providing valuable design input and direction.
  • Working in several projects in different types as telecom, data center buildings (provide full design of tier 2, 3, 4 projects) and infrastructure and gained my experience through working in Egypt, KSA, Qatar and UAE.

  • Client: Royal Commission.
  • Project Description: The project was planned and designed of the electrical services and associated systems for the data center area.
  • Data center for Riyadh 3-Easter TECB 1001, KSA.
  • Client: Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily).
  • Project Description: The area includes four Tier 3 upgradable to Tier 4 data centers and six Telecom halls. Area of each POD and Telecom Halls is about 675 m2.
  • Data center for al Taif TECB 38572-0, KSA.
  • Client: Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily).
  • Project Description: The area includes four Tier 3 upgradable to Tier 4 data center and six Telecom halls. Area of each POD and Telecom Halls is about 675 m2.
  • Data center for al Kharj POP-2013, KSA.
  • Client: Etihad Etisalat Company (Mobily).
  • Project Description: The area includes two Telecom halls, the building was designed to be consists of basement, ground, first and second floors.
