Engineering Tracks provide a unique learning experience through a professional Vibration analysis diploma, in a way that goes beyond the theoretical and academic curriculum to include real-life practical applications. This training includes a set of professional courses that represent the highest standards of knowledge and competency for professionals in the vibration analysis domain today.
This diploma consists of a group of professional courses in the field of predictive maintenance (based on vibration analysis) and proactive maintenance (based on laser alignment and dynamic balancing) for rotary machines such as pumps, screw and centrifugal compressors, cooler fans, and blowers. It is supported by real-life case studies which boost the courses' objectives. The course content has been prepared as follows:
Machinery Vibration Analysis (Level I)
Duration: 9 hrs.
(3 hrs. /Session)
This course content was prepared to help attendees to perform a proper setup and simple machinery vibration condition monitoring. This level is the ideal starting for new vibration analysts.
Duration: 9 hrs.
(3 hrs. /Session)
This Level helps prepare attendees by giving a deep vision in analyzing vibration signals such as time wave, spectrum, and envelope for better detection and identifying the various mechanical and electrical defects in rotary machines.
Duration: 6 hrs.
(3 hrs. /Session)
This course provides attendees with practical applications of the advanced method for performing shaft alignment based on the laser concept of two units attached to the motor and other driven machines (pumps, compressors, fans, and blowers). In addition, an overview of traditional shaft alignment methods based on dial indicators is presented.
Duration: 6 hrs.
(3 hrs. /Session)
The methodologies to repair (in site) the unbalance formed in the machine rotors due to damage and corrosion are included in this course content which empowers attendees to identify the unbalance, form a vibration analysis, and apply a suitable balancing method.
This training lasts for 30 hours of professional training and interactive online classes, divided as follows:
18 Hours for Machinery Vibration Analysis (Level I & Level II)
12 Hours for Precise Shaft Alignment & Rotary Machine Balancing
One of the first leading Egyptian-Saudi training centers in the Arab nation that adopted the online education curriculum in a decade, which offers a set of professional training plans approved by the highest scientific and global institutions to meet the needs of trainees and equip them with the needed knowledge and experience to invade the regional and international labor market and gain the required professional expertise. Engineering Tracks training programs are always up-to-date with the latest educational methods and interactive curriculum.
